In June 2015, each city’s Municipal Commission of Commerce (COC) had an internal discussion meeting to follow up the supervision regulations of the 2015 services outsourcing and software export financial subsidy . The main discussion areas were as follows:

1.How to prepare for the financial subsidy application and the internet filing of all the outsourcing enterprises, which includes, prerequisites, application materials and execution procedures of the financial subsidies declaration in 2015.

2.New operation guidance regarding the issuing of outsourcing contract, revenue and contracts filing statistics.

3.Training of software exports businesses by professional experts to explain software export development business.
